Can I change a suggested itinerary?
Yes. Share your preferred destinations, dates, group size and pace. We discuss the route and confirm the service details and price in a written proposal.
What do these prices include?
The displayed prices are planning references for small-group, private and luxury private travel. Inclusions vary by route, dates and group size; ask us for the itinerary and itemised quote that apply to your trip.
Can you plan a family or multi-city trip?
Tell us the ages and interests of your travelling party, any accessibility needs and the cities you want to connect. We can discuss a suitable pace, transport and time to rest.
How can I contact you without an email address?
Yes. In the enquiry form, choose WhatsApp, WeChat, phone, email, Line or Telegram, then enter the contact details for your chosen method. Email is not required when you choose another method.
When do I pay for my trip?
Confirm your itinerary, service details, cancellation conditions and payment schedule in writing before making a booking. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or charge a card.
What is the best time to visit China?
The best season depends on your destinations and interests. Spring and autumn can suit city walks in many areas, while mountain and western China routes need closer attention to local weather and travel distances. Tell us your available dates so we can discuss suitable options.
Is a private tour suitable for a first visit?
A private itinerary can be planned around the places you most want to see, your preferred pace and any language or mobility needs. Let us know your priorities so the route, transport and guiding arrangements can be discussed before booking.
